RMA POLICY 

If you need to return or exchange any product, please complete and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA FORM ) to one of the following:            Fax: 301-330-2217 or Email: mailto:support@reveel-it.com with similar details

Our RMA Specialist will process the RMA request and email the completed form along with a RMA Number to the email address provided. Be sure to fill out the contact information in a legible way so we are able to call you with any question.

Terms and Conditions
All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender.
Product returns or replacements will not be accepted without an RMA Number. Once an RMA Number is obtained, customer is responsible for shipping the product back. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS or FedEx. Astornet will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized Astornet employee. Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense.

Returned products must be received within 7 days from the issuance of the RMA Number. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reveel-IT will always honor the original ship method of the order when sending out exchange or replacement items.
On returns to our facility, no credit will be allowed for items shipped to us in error.

All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the materials or its replacement. If any malfunction of products should occur while used in its recommended environment, Astornet, at our option, will repair or replace the product at no charge, provided the product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired or modified. Astornet shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect.

ASTORNET WILL NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE FACE OF THE INVOICE AS HAVING A LIMITED LIFETIME WHICH FAIL SOLELY BECAUSE THEIR ESTIMATED LIFE HAS EXPIRED.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL ASTORNET BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY TO ANY PURCHASER FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST REVENUE, LOST WAGES, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. Astornet reserves the right to make modifications in both hardware and software without prior notification.
